Lawl, so Baron-chan and I headed over to Nekocon again this year becuase we're cool kids like that (unlike some people I know >___> ). Basically it was full of booobs/ass. But I think that's mostly just because we cosplay from Burst Angel, so whatevvvs. <33

Friday: Baru-chan chan and I packed up the car early morning to head out, before realizing that we left the directions in the other car and had to go back and get them because we are UBER SMARTU. Got to the hotel around 4ish, got our badges, watched Elke and Tassie furiously finish sewing (so HARDCORE. We had 2 sewing machines in our room), then puttered around while we avoided putting on Rayearth. :3 Finally put on Rayearth for a few hours to walk around the convention center and be all glowy and stuff. Then got some McDonalds, tried to explain what "anime" was to a bunch of random people who stopped us as we were walking back, and proceeded to be sketchy as hell as we practiced our skit in the parking lot.

Saturday:
Woke up bright and early to go to the dress rehearsal and almost didn't make it into the actual masquerade because my costume was too scandelous (I'm wearing a leotard duuuuur)/ the show we were cosplaying from was apparently rated TV-14. No one had a problem with the fact that Baru was not wearing any pants though hur hur. <33 Prolly cuz she was a sexxy beast.

In the process of getting into the costumes, we also realized that I hadn't left enough time to paint on Jo's tattoos, so after the dress rehearsal we had to run and do that before craftsmanship judging, and then we had about an hour or so to walk around (with mah big-ass GUN) before we had to go back to the hotel and run through our skit a few times real quick before the masq. Haha, the masq ended at around 9ish (we won best journeyman craftsmanship yaaay! ). We then proceeded to have one too many awkwardly long conversations with creepy boys =__= before we randomly found Dean. looool. Pizza shenanagins and sleep ensued.

Sunday:
BAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Baru and I originally brought Loveless to wear on Sunday, but decided that we would rather switch our Burst Angel costumes (not that anyone besides us noticed, but we thought it was HILARIOUS). So Baru put on my Meg costume and I put on her Jo costume (and we learned that, fact, my ass is bigger than Baru's. T______T ). We pranced around like idiots for a while, and then decided that the only thing better than us switching characters would be for us to cosplay as our characters cosplaying as each other. So we switched wigs TEEHEEHEE.
